The five-day exhibition was held at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. In order to facilitate buyers to purchase their favorite jewelry raw materials, this exhibition has 11 themed exhibition areas according to product categories, displaying high-end gems and rare pearls and other jewelry raw materials.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Mr Patrick Chan, said that the return of more and more large-scale events and exhibitions to Hong Kong has fully demonstrated Hong Kong's competitiveness and attractiveness in hosting world-class exhibition events, which are ideal platforms to connect buyers and exhibitors from Hong Kong and the rest of the world. Global brands can also be promoted or publicized. From 2024 to 2025, Hong Kong will host about 40 major international exhibitions and conferences to continue showcasing Hong Kong's strengths to the world.
